I am a registered dietitian nutritionist. I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle, especially when it involves being outdoors. I enjoy running in local races and hiking in the beautiful Northeast. My favorite hike is Mt. Washington in the scenic White Mountains of New Hampshire.
I know how challenging family meal planning can be. As a mother of three, two of whom were high school and college athletes, I have practical experience shopping, planning, and preparing nutritious family-friendly meals I can share with you.
