Before I came to Patti for nutrition help, I felt lethargic and weak 24/7. I was seeing no improvement in my athletic performance and struggled to have enough energy to do school work after practices. Workouts that I was once able to complete with ease, took every ounce of my energy. Afterwards, the greatest change was the amount of energy I had throughout the day. During workouts, I felt powerful and strong. Even when faced with especially long endurance runs, I was able to maintain my energy and strength throughout the entire length. When it came time for championship races, I was able to run new personal bests and drop my times lower than expected. Aside from athletics, I felt my mood increase as well. I was able to stay engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire day.

Patti is a phenomenal nutrition counselor.  She helped me lose about 15 pounds after a season of poor eating. The counseling she provides is professional, compassionate, and evidence-based. Patti helped establish realistic goals, gave proper guidance and healthier substitutes while maintaining a non-judgmental and encouraging dialogue. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition. I highly recommend Patti to anyone seeking nutrition counseling!     Wes R.
